Refund & Returns Policy
Ginja Boyz complies with the South African CPA. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, notify us by email within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange collection and replace or refund the item at our cost. Due to food safety regulations, no returns are accepted for change of mind. Refunds are issued only once approved. Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are non-refundable unless defective. All claims require proof of purchase and details of the issue.

Ginja Boyz respects your privacy and complies with South Africa’s POPIA. We collect personal information only to process orders, deliver products, and communicate with you. Your data is kept secure and is not sold or shared with third parties, except where required to fulfil your order or by law. You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
Delivery Service
Ginja Boyz uses trusted third-party couriers for door-to-door delivery during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation, with delivery taking 3–5 working days, subject to stock availability. Free delivery applies to main centres on qualifying orders; regional areas are quoted separately. Shipping fees are based on order weight/value. Proof of delivery and ID may be required. Courier delays or transit damage are beyond our control.
